Rebecca Hunt is a London-based artist and writer. She graduated from Central Saint Martins with a First Class degree in Fine Art, and has exhibited widely in the UK. Her paintings of psychedelic landscapes and fantastical creatures explore themes of myth, superstition and folklore. 

 

Alongside her art practice, Rebecca writes fiction for adults and stories for children. Her writing has been published internationally. Her first novel, Mr Chartwell, was longlisted for the Guardian First Book Award and shortlisted for the Galaxy New Writer of the Year Award. Her second novel, Everland, was longlisted for the Royal Society of Literature's Encore Award.
